Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own. A fun class designed to work the legs and booty. This class will contain both weighted and body weight exercises with high reps to help tone and shape your abs, butt and thighs. A.B.T is a low intensity class with a high burn and will help you get the tone you are looking for.

PILATES
Pilates emphasizes your body’s core, the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thighs, butt and so on. Pilates develops strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance and control of the body. Pilates also focuses on creating a healthy body posture and length in the spine.
Pilates focuses on a balance between all the muscles in the body. The overstrained muscles can relax more to release tension and the more weak muscles will be activated and strengthened.

A vigorous practice utilising dynamic standing and balancing poses, with a strong core aspect. Inversions and arm balnaces are optional and can be modified. The flow finsihes with deep floor stretches and relaxation.

You must use the current email attached to your gym membership to book. PLEASE NOTE – We do not supply mats. If you are attending a class that requires one, then you will need to bring your own.

PLEASE ENSURE that you CHECK YOUR EMAIL to confirm the correct time you selected.
ATTENDING: Your membership SWIPE TAG will automatically attend you to your booking. You MUST swipe your tag or you will be logged as a missed booking.
CANCELLATIONS: You must cancel your booking if you are unable to attend. You have up to 15 mins before to cancel. If you do not attend 3 bookings without cancelling you will automatically be put on a temporary block.

Please note: There is a NO ENTRY policy if you are more than 5 minutes late to your class.
